Liz heads up the online communications campaigns for the Enthusiast Group's clients. Digital media tactics help online communities develop members and sustain growth. As a public relations professional, Liz has parlayed her expertise as an online communication expert. Her tactics leverage the Internet to authentically reach targeted consumers online. Liz headed up the Digital Media division for Denver's No. 1 ranked PR firm, Schenkein, before starting her digital media consulting firm Ripple Effect Relations and joining the Enthusiast Group.

Liz’s experience in marketing began with Mountain Equipment, a European apparel manufacturer in Manchester, England. Her work at Mountain Equipment provided the company with an analysis of the European versus North American apparel markets in an effort to position Mountain Equipment as a North American distributor. Once returning to the States, she was hired as the Marketing Director of Five Ten, the leading rock climbing shoe manufacturer based in southern California. Before starting her first public relations firm, M3 Relations, Liz learned the nuts and bolts of PR while working for a national public relations firm outside of Aspen, Colorado. She also assisted with the PR efforts in Colorado to support John Kerry’s political campaign.

Liz is currently a member of the Colorado chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, and the Outdoor Industry Association Women’s Coalition. She is most proud to serve on the board of the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, an outdoor program for people with disabilities. Liz graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a BS in Exercise Science, Pre-Physical Therapy, and was co-captain of the school’s NCAA soccer team. When out of the office, Liz can be found telemark skiing in the winter or trail running and cycling in the summer. As one of the original instructors for Babes in the Backcountry, Liz also has competed in the Freeski National Telemark Championships in Crested Butte, Colorado.
